 Dr. Andrea Mosley, who brings over 15 years of experience reviewing and enhancing résumés through volunteer service and workforce leadership, for an engaging and informative workshop on creating standout résumés.

Sessions include Dr. Mosleys discussion on:

  • MOS to OJT —Marketable aspect to include or leave off

  • How to use action verbs and metrics to highlight your achievements and convey the to civilian industry needs

Passionate about adult learning, Andrea Grannum-Mosley helps Lehigh Carbon Community College students study their way to a better life. As the dean of workforce, community engagement and technical education, she connects learners and employers through programs, including literacy, ESL and career training. Grannum-Mosley, who joined Lehigh Carbon as a career specialist in 2017, has a master’s in adult education from Penn State and a doctorate in the field from Capella University.

Future of the Lehigh Valley's Workforce Discussed by Regional Leaders

Retaining and attracting a skilled labor force is a top priority for Lehigh Valley businesses, and winning strategies were the focus of a discussion on a recent edition of “Business Matters” on WFMZ-Channel 69.

...Having apprenticeship and pre-apprenticeship programs is a critical part of building a workforce for the future, said Dr. Andrea Grannum-Mosley, Dean of Workforce, Community Engagement & Technical Education at Lehigh Carbon Community College.

“We recognize that the trajectory of employment and what's needed in the community for our employers, it's changed, we have to acquiesce to it,” she said.
